Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. All payments are final

Examhaus is a digital service you can use as soon as you pay, and you can try it free before buying. All payments for individual plans and school subscriptions are final and non-refundable. The only exceptions are set out in sections 2 and 3 below, or where the law requires a refund.

When you buy an individual plan, you'll be asked at checkout to confirm that you want your access to start immediately, and that you understand you lose any legal right to cancel for a refund (for example, a 14-day cooling-off period) once it does.

2. If something goes wrong on our side

If a technical problem on our end (not your own device, browser or internet connection) stops you using the platform, email admin@examhaus.com describing what you can't do and what you've already tried.

  • We'll work to fix it, and we'll extend your access by the full time you were unable to use it, so you never lose any of the time you paid for. For a school subscription, the extension applies to the whole school.
  • If a serious problem on our side still stops you using the platform 30 days after you first reported it, you can ask for a refund of the unused part of your plan or subscription, worked out in proportion to the time remaining.

3. Duplicate charges

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same plan, email us and we'll refund the duplicate charge.

4. Cancellations

Individual plans are one-time payments that don't renew, so there's nothing to cancel: access ends at the end of the period you paid for. Plans and school subscriptions can't be cancelled part-way through for a refund.

5. How refunds are processed

Any refund we do make goes back to the original payment method through Stripe (or, for a school, against the invoice concerned), and can take several business days to appear. If a payment is refunded, the access it paid for ends.
