Terms of Service

Examhaus is operated by RazTech Edu Solutions Ltd ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or buying a plan on examhaus.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you're under the age of majority where you live and you sign up on your own (not through a school), a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf and is responsible for any purchase made. If you join through your school, your school has agreed to use Examhaus for its students.

1. What we offer

Examhaus is an online platform for the IB Diploma Computer Science course:

  • For students: practice questions by topic and by assessment objective, answered in writing and marked automatically, with feedback and progress tracking.
  • For teachers: a class dashboard showing each student's progress, and an exam paper generator that builds practice exam papers and tests, with mark schemes, from our question bank.

Other subjects and curricula are shown on the Site as "Coming soon."

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login confidential and for activity under your account. Please sign up with accurate information.

  • Individual students and teachers sign up with an email address and must confirm it.
  • Teachers and schools. A school or teacher account is approved by us after we check the details you give us, including your teacher ID. Approval sets which subjects the school can use and how many student places (seats) each one has.
  • School students join with the code their teacher gives them, and choose a username and password. Only use a code you were given, and only for the class it belongs to. If you forget your password, ask your teacher to reset it.

3. Plans and access

  • Individual plans give one student access for a fixed period (for example 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or until a stated exam date). They are one-time payments and do not renew automatically. When the period ends, access stops unless you buy another plan.
  • Free trials give full or limited access for the period and limits shown when you start them, with no payment. We may end or change a trial offer at any time.
  • School subscriptions cover that school's approved teachers and students, up to the seats agreed, for the period on the school's invoice.
  • Every plan gives a personal, non-transferable licence to use the platform for study (or, for teachers, for teaching) during the paid period.

4. Exam papers and mock exams you download

  • Teachers on a school subscription may download, print and share papers, tests and mark schemes they generate with students at their own school, for teaching, while the school's subscription is active.
  • Individuals with their own paper-generator access (for example, a trial) may download and print papers they generate for their own personal study or teaching use.
  • Mock exam packs are licensed to the individual account that bought them, for that person's own study or teaching use (or, if a teacher bought one, for use with their own students).

In every case, you may not sell these materials, post them publicly (including on websites, shared drives open to others, or social media), or share them with anyone outside the use described above — including other schools, tutors or tutoring businesses.

5. Our content and acceptable use

All questions, mark schemes, explanations and other material on Examhaus are the copyright of RazTech Edu Solutions Ltd and are protected by international copyright law. Nothing here transfers ownership to you.

You may not copy, screenshot, download (except as section 4 allows), reproduce, share, sell, upload to any website or file-sharing service, or use any of this material to build another product or train an AI system, in whole or in part. You also agree not to try to bypass our content protection or extract questions in bulk, share your account or paid access with anyone, use the Site unlawfully, or interfere with its normal operation.

We take the protection of our content seriously. Any breach will result in immediate termination of access without refund, and we will take legal action to protect our content, including claims for damages and legal costs.

Examhaus is independent: it is not affiliated with or endorsed by the International Baccalaureate Organization. "IB" and "International Baccalaureate" are trademarks of that organisation.

6. Payments

  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
  • School subscriptions are invoiced to the school's billing contact.
  • You pay the price shown when you buy or on your invoice, in the currency shown there. Prices may change at any time, but a change doesn't affect a period you've already paid for.

8. Automated marking

Written answers are marked automatically by an AI model, using each question's marking points. Automated marking can make mistakes, and the marks and feedback are practice guidance, not official IB results and not a prediction of your exam grade. If a mark looks wrong, tell us or your teacher.

9. Disclaimer

The platform supports your studies and teaching, but we can't guarantee any specific exam result or grade. The Site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but don't guarantee uninterrupted access.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability to you for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific plan or subscription the claim relates to.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the update.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
